GSA Advantage!® is the government's premier online shopping system that provides access to thousands of contractors and millions of supplies (products) and services. Anyone may browse on GSA Advantage!® to view and compare the variety of products and services offered.

Federal government employees may make purchases on GSA Advantage!® using:

A government-wide commercial purchase card (GSA SmartPay®);
A GSA Activity Address Code (AAC); or
A Department of Defense Activity Address Code (DoDAAC) (limited to purchases of GSA Global Supply items).

State and local government entities may now use GSA Advantage!® to purchase products and services under both the Cooperative Purchasing Program and the Disaster Recovery Purchasing Program. Payments for state and local government purchases on GSA Advantage!® are limited to credit card payments using a state or local government issued credit card.

GSA eLibrary (formerly Schedules e-Library) is the online source for the latest contract award information for:
GSA Schedules; Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Schedules; and Technology Contracts, including Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), Network Services and Telecommunications Contracts, and Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70.

GSA eLibrary is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide up-to-date information on which suppliers have contracts and what items are available, by using various search options:

Keywords;
Contract Number;
Contractor/Manufacturer Name;
Schedule Name, Schedule Number, Category/Sub-Category Name, or Category Number/Special Item Number (SIN); or
Technology Contract Name, Contract Number, or Category Name/Number.

GSA eLibrary also provides an Alphabetical Listing of Available Contractors, allowing customers to easily locate all Schedule and Technology Contracts for a particular company. An updated Category Guide is designed to facilitate searches for specific groups of items.

GSA eBuy is an online Request for Quote (RFQ)/Request for Proposal (RFP) system. eBuy is designed to facilitate the request for and submission of quotes/proposals for commercial products, services, and solutions offered through GSA Federal Supply Schedules and Technology contracts.

When should you use eBuy? eBuy is designed to bring ease and versatility to online procurement. You can use eBuy to obtain quotes/proposals for services, large quantity purchases, big ticket items, and purchases with complex requirements.

Who can use eBuy? Federal, state, and local government agencies (buyers), can use eBuy to maximize their buying power. Note - state and local may only post RFQs for GSA Schedule products and services under the Cooperative Purchasing Program and the Disaster Recovery Purchasing Program.
