USFM, a wholly owned subsidiary of Milender White Construction Co., is a full-service facilities management firm providing secure facility maintenance and construction staff resources to government agencies and private companies housed within highly-secured facilities. USFM specializes in maintenance, repair, retrofit and new construction activities for data center applications, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs), energy monitoring and demand-side management installations, and traditional electrical/mechanical/construction services for secured and non-secured facility designs.

USFM can provide these services through traditional contracting methods ranging from simple staff augmentation and time & material assignments to firm-fixed-price, guaranteed maximum price, or design-build contracts.
USFM provides on-call or permanently assigned craftspeople (carpenters, electricians, mechanical tradesmen, laborers, etc.) to respond and fulfill specialty work within highly sensitive facilities with the understanding of how to work in secure facilities.  

Government agencies and private companies with government contracts have been utilizing our services for over 15 years and we also provide this same level of professional decorum for private companies with unique security needs (new technologies, confidential/encrypted communications, sensitive company information, power metering, data centers, etc).
